Path Manager
On this page
Path Manager is used to create a path that carries information value. The path can be used for many tasks, such as gemba walk, material flow, or employee training.
Material flow is the description of the transportation of raw materials, prefabricates, parts, components, integrated objects, and final products as a flow of entities.
Gemba walking is the presence of managers at their subordinates' workstations. This enables them to, identify and eliminate waste, gain a better understanding of the company's processes, participate in continuous improvement activities, monitor compliance with health and safety rules, and build relationships and motivate employees.
Create Path
After selecting Create path, a record will be created with the given timestamp name.

Merge Paths
Merge allows you to connect two tracks.
After selecting the target paths, press Merge. The vertices of the remaining visible paths will be visible, then select a desired vertex of the second path to connect both.
Properties
Select a Path record, the dialog allows you to change properties:
-
Name: When naming your Path, give it a name that will make it easy to find.
-
Active: Make the path visible in the viewport.
-
Length: Indicates the path length.
-
Interpolation: Choose whether angles should be Smooth or Linear
-
Radius: Set the thickness of the path.
-
Color: Set the color of the path.
-
Kiosk: The play and stop button handles the movement of the camera along the path. You can set the speed, height, and cycling of camera.
-
Animation: The play and stop button handles the animation of the path. You can set the speed and cycling of animation.
-
Actions:
-
Edit: add/erase vertices.
-
Merge: merge the two chosen paths.
-
Reverse: reverse direction of the path.
-
Delete: delete the path.

Kiosk
The Kiosk is a tool for creating visual walkthroughs, providing a clearer sense of proportions, layout, and spatial understanding within a building or factory.
It allows users to move the camera along a predefined path to visually explore different areas of the model. It's customization allows for a professional feel to the Twin, while it's simplistic nature makes the process easy.
Path Walk
To maintain a first-person perspective use Path walk mode.
Fixed Target
To maintain the camera's focus point on an object or direction, use fixed target mode.
Per-vertex
To set the camera's perspective throughout the path, use Per-vertex mode. This allows for change according to each given path vertex, this can be handy for diverting attention to multiple points along one path.
Start by selecting your desired path, proceed by changing the path property to Mode: Per-vertex.
Enter edit mode and select a vertex, looking under Kiosk will allow for the selection of the preferred mode for every vertex.
If you want to focus the camera for your vertex, use Fixed target within the Kiosk menu. Proceed by clicking the target button under "Mode: Fixed target", then select your respective point of focus.
After all vertices are set, any edits to them will update the camera as you move along the path.
Animations
Animations are a powerful tool that can help visualize the flow of materials and products. Especially in an environment you want to create or change, the ability to make an accurate visualization without wasting a lot of time and money is an invaluable asset.
Creating a progressive animation path involves showing each step of the manufacturing process. A good thing about this is that you can start at any point in the process, from moving raw materials to assembling parts, and shipping the final product. This helps make the overall workflow much easier to understand. By mapping out the flow of materials and products, manufacturers can better understand the overall process and identify opportunities for optimization.
In addition to identifying areas of improvement, animations can also be used to train new employees, showcase new designs, or demonstrate manufacturing processes to customers or investors. By visualizing the process in a clear and engaging way, animations can help communicate the value of the product or service being produced, building confidence in the manufacturing process.

Use Cases
How to Introduce Employees to Material Flow
This will be your foundational tool for a lean material delivery system, keeping everything in one place and giving you the flexibility to design the right material flows easily.
The path manager alongside the markups will help you avoid poor delivery route design. Clearly displaying your flow gives a big boost in understanding, helping you know each and every step which is needed.
How to Add Points of Interest
There are points of interest in every factory. Mark key places to stay in sync with other users of your organization.
Different types of markups allows you to decide what icon will be visible in the viewport and help visually describe the key areas. Add as many as you need.
