Upload New Assets

Upload Asset

Select Add asset, then drag & drop to upload model files.

Add Thumbnail

Select Thumbnail and drag & drop desired picture.

Change Name and click Save.

Select a Category/Categories

Select Categories, then pick desired folders.

Create a category if necessary.

Make sure new category is activated.

Assets in Explorer

Open your project and place uploaded asset on viewport.

How to prepare a DWG AutoCAD 3D file

Most DWG files upload as they are, with nothing to prepare in AutoCAD first. The exception is very large 3D assets, where exploding the asset before you upload is worth the extra step. The video below shows how, along with exporting as 3D DWF.

It's ready to be placed in the viewport.
