?What web browser should I use?

We recommend using one of the following:

  • Chrome
  • Edge
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Other Chromium-based web browsers

?My model is lagging, what can I do?

First of all, upgrade your graphics drivers.

Windows

  1. 1Right-click on your Desktop and go to Display Settings, then under Display click on Graphics settings.
  2. 2Turn on Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling. Add your preferred browser by clicking Browse to ensure it's always set to High performance.

Mac OS

If you are running on a laptop, please ensure Low Power Mode is turned off. Low Power Mode can significantly affect the performance of your computer.

  1. 1Launch System Preferences.
  2. 2Select the Battery pane.
  3. 3In the left column, click Battery. Ensure the box for Low power mode is unchecked.

?How can I boost FPS/smooth performance in my web browser?

Chrome

  1. 1Type chrome://flags in the address bar.
  2. 2Look for Override software rendering list → #ignore-gpu-blacklist.
  3. 3Set it to Enabled.
  4. 4Relaunch Chrome.

Edge

  1. 1Type edge://settings/system in the address bar.
  2. 2Find Use hardware acceleration when available.
  3. 3Turn it on.
  4. 4Click Restart.

Firefox

  1. 1Type about:config in the address bar.
  2. 2Search for layers.acceleration.force-enabled.
  3. 3Double-click to change the value from false to true.
  4. 4Relaunch Firefox.

Safari

GPU is generally enabled by default in Safari.

  1. 1From the menu bar, click Safari and then select Preferences.
  2. 2Select the Websites tab.
  3. 3Select WebGL from the list on the left side of the window (you will only see this option if WebGL has been disabled in your browser).
  4. 4If you see the Moicon cloud app URL listed on the right, select Allow from the drop-down menu.
  5. 5If you don't see the Moicon cloud app URL listed, look for When visiting other websites in the lower-right corner, and select Ask or Allow from the drop-down menu.

?Alt+Tab causes a selection window box

To return to the previous state:

✓Press Alt twice to get rid of the box select

?My camera changes sensitivity during zoom on the fly

To return to the previous state, double-click on the object.

?The latest changes are not reflected in my project, how do I refresh it?

Make sure to clear the cache in your browser.

Tip: You can usually clear cache with Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).

?Sections are not loading

Common cause: During creation of a New Project, you may have uploaded files with incorrect names.

Make sure during creation of a New Project you uploaded files with the names model.gltf and model.bin. Other names can interrupt the process of translating files into a 3D model.
