We’ve just returned from an exceptional experience at Autodesk DevCon Europe 2025 in Amsterdam, and the energy is still sky-high! Held May 20–21 at the iconic Beurs van Berlage, the event brought together over 1,100 attendees from more than 90 countries with every ticket completely sold out. It was a true celebration of cloud innovation, developer creativity, and the future of design.

Representing Moicon Digital Twin, our CEO Bjørn Normann Eriksen took part in two expert panels and delivered a keynote presentation, showcasing our work in digital twin technology, AI integration, and the use of sustainability data to support smarter, more efficient industrial operations.

We extend a heartfelt thank-you to the Autodesk team for organizing such a world-class event. Special thanks to Rebecca B., Peter Schlipf, and Oliver Neumann for inviting Bjørn to represent Moicon on the global stage. It was a proud moment for our team, and a chance to exchange insights with some of the brightest minds in digital innovation.

This year’s DevCon focused heavily on Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability, and Open APIs, aligning perfectly with Moicon’s mission: to make 3D digital twins intuitive, accessible, and impactful for industrial users. From real-time dashboards to predictive maintenance and carbon tracking, Bjørn highlighted how our platform is enabling manufacturers to take smarter, faster, and greener decisions.

One standout takeaway from the event was the emphasis on AI agents and data-driven storytelling. Bjørn spoke about how Moicon’s digital twins give life to static data by creating visual, interactive models of industrial environments helping teams improve collaboration, reduce downtime, and accelerate their path to Industry 4.0.

But the momentum didn’t stop in Amsterdam.

Immediately after returning to Norway, Bjørn traveled to Molde to lead a hands-on digital twin workshop for Cinderella Eco Group AS, as part of the Industry 4.0 program hosted by NCE iKuben. These local collaborations are just as important to us, offering direct support to companies investing in smarter and more sustainable systems here at home.

Whether it’s standing on a global stage or sitting side-by-side with forward-thinking Norwegian companies, one thing is clear: the digital twin wave is growing and Moicon is leading the charge.
